INSPIRATION WORD: YET

Why does personal growth matter to the bottom line?    To increase results something must change.  The business component most adaptable to change is its people. So, the quickest, most cost-efficient way to increase results is the growth of the people.  May seem to have little to do with work, but our personal life dictates how we behave and perform in our professional life….

  • Anything worth doing is worth doing well.
    • Seems like an ok statement on the surface, assuming one even has the ability to even do the thing well.
    • Is it ok to do it badly at first?
    • Andy says anything worth doing is worth doing badly.

        • The confrontations deteriorate into a test of wills.
        • What about the parents that want to avoid that?
          • They look for inspiration.
    • Word of Inspiration: Yet.
      • Provides realistic hope, the power of yet is in its simple truth.
      • Yet always wins in the end.
